Finally I found a tool that integrates with Visual Studio 2010 that lets me extract the the complete Assembly Name (e.g "FrodesDelegateControl, Version=184.108.40.206, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=73ed919f5d6aada1") from my current Visual Studio 2010 project.
